1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our website and services.
1.2 By making a reservation or staying at Soul Stories, you accept these terms.
1.3 Soul Stories reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Reservations & Payments

2.1 All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or by calling us directly.
2.2 A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
2.3 Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your reservation, depending on the booking terms.
2.4 Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
3.2 Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
3.3 No-shows and cancellations on the day of check-in will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
3.4 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Check-in & Check-out

4.1 Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
4.2 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Guests must maintain decorum and respect other visitors and resort staff.
5.2 Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
5.3 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
5.4 Pets are allowed only in designated accommodations and must be supervised at all times.

6. Resort Policies

6.1 Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the resort premises.
6.2 Loud music or parties that disturb other guests are not allowed.
6.3 The management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for inappropriate behavior without a refund.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

7.1 Soul Stories is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings.
7.2 Guests are responsible for their personal safety and must follow all safety instructions provided by the resort.
7.3 The resort is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies during the stay.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Soul Stories shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

9.1 These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun.
